For Zeutschel this is a clear message towards the market to further expand the dedication to software workflow solutions. With it we are in the position to effectively support our customers from libraries, archives and museums in important future tasks – either in the building up of digital libraries or in establishing highly productive delivery services.
GOOBI ZED and HERMES DIGITAL are only the beginning; we will consequently continue to make further software tools available for customer requirements. The well-known high quality of the Zeutschel hardware will, of course, also be found in our software tool OSCAR. One of our big challenges will consist in connecting the Zeutschel scanners with the appropriate software solution in this way that the result will offer additional benefit for our customers.
Zeutschel considers the close cooperation with its partner companies as a central pre-condition for the sales success in the software environment. Thus Michael Luetgen is looking forward to receive your questions, ideas, wishes, and generally to have an intense and open exchange of ideas.
The graduated librarian, business manager and hobby historian is working for 20 years in different functions in the national and international software business for libraries and archives. His task with Zeutschel will be to establish the business area software worldwide and to take part in decision-making about the development of the product portfolio. Michael Luetgen is closely connected to Zeutschel for many years and has supported us already in regards to software solutions.
